Job Details: Strawberry Fields &amp; Cherrix Casting is seeking individuals to portray Art Store Employees in an upcoming production filming in Wilmington, NC. We are looking for fresh faces who have not previously appeared on camera. The roles are suited for individuals who have experience in customer service, particularly in art supplies or related settings. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the film and television industry.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Portray an art store employee accurately and convincingly.</li>
<li>Follow directions from the director and other crew members.</li>
<li>Be prepared to interact with main actors and possibly deliver lines if required.</li>
<li>Maintain a professional demeanor on set at all times.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Age range: 25-55 years old.</li>
<li>Must be a new face to the camera or have minimal previous on-camera experience.</li>
<li>Background or experience as a store clerk, especially in art stores, or as an art teacher is highly beneficial.</li>
<li>Availability to work as scheduled during the production period.</li>
<li>Ability to follow set etiquette and production protocols.</li>
<li>Transportation to and from the filming location in Wilmington, NC.</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Pay rate: $134 for a 10-hour day.</li>
<li>Overtime will be compensated for hours worked beyond the standard 10-hour day.</li>
<li>An additional car bump of $37.50 will be provided if your vehicle is used in the scene.</li>

Project Overview: Fresh Slate Productions is currently casting for the short film "NIMBY," a non-union project shooting in New Orleans, LA. We are seeking a diverse group of local talent to fill various roles. This five-day shoot offers an excellent opportunity for actors to gain exposure and experience in a professional setting.

Nancy (Supporting): Caucasian woman, 40-55 years. Embodies a traditional Southern debutante with a conservative mindset.

Ronald (Supporting): Caucasian man, 50-59 years. A frumpy desk worker lacking friends and empathy.
</li>
<li>
Susan (Supporting): Caucasian woman, 30-35 years. Bubbly, chatty, and happy-go-lucky. Married to Carter.

<li>
Carter (Supporting): Caucasian man, 35-39 years. All-American, easygoing. Married to Susan.
