Job Description:

Tourist Transport Fiji (TTF), a leading name in the South Pacific travel industry and a division of Helloworld Travel Ltd, is seeking a dedicated and efficient Transport Coordinator. With over 35 years of experience in the field, TTF is renowned for its modern fleet of transport vehicles and exceptional ground handling services, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and environmental friendliness. This role is based just outside the Nadi International Airport, where you will be part of an experienced team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling and deployment of transport vehicles.
• Ensure the efficient and timely transport and ground handling services to customers.
• Monitor and maintain the safety and environmental standards of the transport fleet.
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize transport operations.
• Handle administrative tasks related to transport coordination.
• Be adaptable to shift work and manage tasks within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: Form 6 or Form 7 pass.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
• Must be of sober habits, a fast learner, and deadline-oriented.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
