Storyline: Set in the 1930s Harlem Renaissance, "Songbird" tells the story of Avocet, a jazz singer entangled in a complex love life. She records a revolutionary album that earns immense acclaim, leading to unexpected attention from the FBI.

- Character Traits: Uptight, traditional, ambitious. Stanley is Avocet's fiancé, who dreams of building a life and family with her. He is deeply concerned about his reputation and is very goal-oriented.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the director and other actors to bring the character of Stanley to life.
- Attend all scheduled rehearsals and be present for the entirety of the filming period from February 6 to February 11, 2024.
- Work closely with the costume and makeup departments to ensure the character's appearance aligns with the period and the director's vision.
- Participate in promotional activities related to the film, if required.
Requirements:
- Proven acting experience (theater, film, or television).
- Ability to portray complex emotions and character development.
- Strong understanding of the historical context of the Harlem Renaissance.
- Flexibility to adapt to directorial adjustments and script changes.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the shoot and for rehearsals as scheduled.
Compensation:
- Rate of Pay: $125 per day
- Additional: Plus 10% of the daily rate
