Casting Call: Hispanic Female for Reenactment Shoot
We are currently seeking a Hispanic female actor for a key role in an upcoming reenactment shoot that brings a sensitive and powerful true story to life. This project is centered around a real person's life story, which will be narrated by the individual themselves. The shoot will involve non-speaking (improvisational) scenes that require a thoughtful and respectful portrayal of the subject matter.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a non-speaking, improvisational reenactment based on a sensitive true story.
- Work closely with the director and crew to bring authenticity and respect to the portrayal.
- Attend a brief rehearsal or meeting prior to shooting to understand the project's vision and requirements.
- Follow directions and provide a performance that is true to the real-life individual’s experiences.
Requirements:
- Ethnicity: Hispanic female
- Age: 16-21 years old, or must convincingly look within this age range.
- Appearance: Dark hair, dark eyes. Curly hair is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous acting experience is preferred but not essential. Must have the ability to convey emotions and scenes without dialogue.
- Language: No speaking lines are involved, but must be comfortable with improvisation.
- Union Status: Non-Union
- Availability: Must be available on Friday, 8th March 2024, for a half-day shoot in the afternoon.
- Attitude: Looking for individuals who are sensitive to the subject matter and can handle the role with the care and respect it deserves.
- Compensation: $150.00
