Dirty Grandpa is the latest movie to film in Atlanta, Georgia.
Georgia Film, Music & Digital Entertainment Help Wanted Hotline announced that filming for the new Robert De Niro comedy, ‘Dirty Grandpa’ will be filming in Atlanta. Dirty Grandpa is roadtrip flick that features Zac Efron as an uptight guy who is tricked into driving his grandfather, a perverted former Army general to Florida for spring break.

According to Variety, Dirty Grandpa will hit theaters next year, December 2015. Production companies are QED and Efron’s Ninjas Running Wild. Dirty Grandpa will be produced by Barry Josephson, Bill Block and Michael Simkin. Dirty Grandpa will be facing a ton of competition in the box office facing off against Fox-DreamWorks’ “King Fu Panda 3,” Fox’s Jennifer Lawrence drama “Joy” and Paramount’s “Mission: Impossible 5.”
