"Who am I? Well, I am a little of all the people I have met and a lot of experiences I have had." I am Shilpa Varma from Mumbai, India. I am a full time actor looking to be a part of stories beyond borders and race. I am a risk taker (I quit my job of 16 years in the corporate world and took the leap of faith to be an independent writer and a full time actor). Details of my acting assignments are mentioned on my profile page. I have written for National Geographic, The Walt Disney Company, India and Cartoon Network, India. I also volunteer as a scribe for blind students in Mumbai, India. When I am not acting or writing, you can either see me curled up in my reading corner devouring books or flopped in front of my TV consuming content on OTT platforms; and while doing both of these, you could catch me crying at every well told story and every well etched character!
