We are currently seeking a stand-in for an upcoming untitled feature film to be shot in the Santa Fe, NM area. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who match the specified criteria to be a part of a film production team and gain valuable experience in the industry. The role is crucial for the smooth operation of filming, serving as a replacement for actors during the setup of a scene.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the directors and cinematographers to help set up scenes.

• Assume the positions, movements, and physical orientation of actors to assist the camera and lighting departments.

• Attend all rehearsals as required to understand the nuances of the actor's role.

• Be available for the entire shooting schedule, which may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience on set, as there may be long periods of waiting.

Requirements

• Gender: Female

• Ethnicity: Hispanic, Native, Middle Eastern, Filipino

• Height Range: 5'0"-5'2"

• Weight Range: 120-135lbs

• Hair Color: Brown or Black

• Previous stand-in experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a flexible schedule.

• Ability to follow directions precisely and quickly adapt to changes.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Must be local to the Santa Fe, NM area or willing to work as a local hire.

Compensation Details

• Rate: $140.00 for the first 8 hours of work per day.

• Overtime: Paid at time and a half for hours worked beyond the initial 8 hours.

• Additional compensation details will be provided upon selection.
