Casting Call: Actress for Upcoming TV Sitcom
Job Overview: We are excited to announce a casting call for an upcoming TV sitcom set to begin shooting in March 2024, in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking talented female actresses aged 25-40 years, from all ethnic backgrounds, to bring our dynamic and diverse characters to life. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced actresses looking to showcase their talents in a new and exciting project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray a character in a TV sitcom, contributing to the development and execution of the character’s storyline.
- Collaborate with directors, writers, and other actors to bring creative ideas and improvements to the script and overall production.
- Participate in rehearsals, table reads, and meetings as required by the production schedule.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and dedication throughout the shooting schedule, including adhering to call times and production deadlines.
- Engage in promotional activities for the show, including interviews, social media engagement, and other marketing efforts as needed.
Requirements:
- Female, aged 25-40 years.
- Open to all ethnicities.
- Strong acting skills with the ability to convey a wide range of emotions and characters.
- Must have professional acting experience. A minimum of 2 years in TV, film, or theater preferred.
- Must have completed formal acting training/classes.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in the script or production schedule.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction well.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Atlanta for the duration of the shooting schedule.
Compensation Details:
- Competitive pay rates, commensurate with experience and role.
- Additional details on compensation, including potential for bonuses and residuals, will be discussed upon casting.
- Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered for actresses not based in Atlanta.
