Casting Call: Oxford University Students for "History of Sound"
Grant Wilfley Casting, Inc. (GWCI) is excited to announce a casting call for individuals to portray Oxford University Students in the upcoming production of "History of Sound." This opportunity is SAG-AFTRA covered, offering a unique experience to be part of a historical drama. If you meet the criteria below, we invite you to apply for this distinctive role.
Job Responsibilities:
Portray an Oxford University Student authentically within the historical context of the production.
Participate in both interior and exterior scenes as required.
Attend a mandatory costume fitting in New Jersey prior to the shoot date.
Work comfortably around smoke and adhere to safety protocols on set.
Be willing to undergo a period-appropriate haircut and facial hair styling (if applicable).
Requirements:
Ages 18-35.
Men with jacket sizes between 40 - 46.
Must not have been fitted for a different role in "History of Sound."
No allergies to wool, as period costumes may contain woolen materials.
Must be okay with working in environments that may include smoke for atmospheric effects.
Must be available for the tentative work date and fitting session as specified.
Compensation Details:
Pay Rate: SAG Rate $208 for 8 hours of work.
