Role: DET. MITCHELL

• Description: We are looking for a white male actor in his 40's to 50's to fill the role of Det. Mitchell. The actor should have short hair and be clean-shaven, embodying the professional and determined demeanor of a seasoned detective. It's crucial that the actor bears a resemblance to a specific profile (photo provided upon application).

• Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable with themes of scripted violence and murder content, as the role involves navigating the dark and complex narratives typical to "Snapped."

  • Must be comfortable handling a prop gun and performing actions that are integral to the character's role in law enforcement.

  • A professional attitude and ability to take direction well are essential.

  • Previous acting experience in television, film, or theatre is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all scheduled filming days without absences, being punctual and prepared for each day's shoot.

• Work closely with the director and crew to bring the character of Det. Mitchell to life, adhering to the vision of the episode while also bringing personal interpretation to the role.

• Engage with prop weapons and staged violence in a safe and controlled manner, following all guidelines and directions provided by the production team.

• Be willing to participate in wardrobe fittings and any necessary makeup or hair styling to ensure accuracy to the character's description.

Compensation Details

• Rate: $150 per day.

• Additional: Hotel accommodations will be provided for the duration of the filming dates.
