Location: Cleveland, OH area
Rate:
SESSION Fees Only - does not include Usage:
--Half Day - up to 4 hours only = $600 (plus 20% agent fee, if applicable)
AFTER 4 hours = $150 (plus 20% agent fee, if applicable) per additional hour
--Full Day - up to 8 hours only = $1200 (plus 20% agent fee, if applicable)
AFTER 8 hours = $195 (plus 20% agent fee, if applicable) per additional hour
USAGE Fees:
5 consecutive years = additional $1250 (plus 20% agent fee, if applicable)
In perpetuity = additional $1450 (plus 20% agent fee, if applicable)
Looking for:
--7 adults, any gender, any ethnicity, ages 35-55 to play either clinical experts or patients
--4 adults, any gender, any ethnicity, ages 55-85 to play either clinical experts or patients
Date:
The weeks of May 3rd and May 10th. Exact dates TBA. Must have full availability both weeks.
Important notes:
▪ All talent will be sent an at-home COVID-19 test prior to filming; negative test results required for entry onto set.
▪ We are especially seeking real-life couples or relatives living in the same household. If multiple people from the same family/household are submitting, each person must send an individual email and include the names of fellow family/household members who are also submitting.
