Job Description: We are producing a paid medical web video and are seeking individuals aged 18 and older to participate in a small, intimate roundtable discussion. This video aims to share personal experiences and insights on various health topics. The discussion will be filmed in the Atlanta area, with the exact date to be determined in early to mid-January.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in a roundtable discussion, sharing personal experiences related to the given health topics.
• Engage with other participants in a respectful and constructive manner.
• Be willing to discuss personal health experiences openly for educational purposes.

Topics and Corresponding Subject Lines:

1. Dementia (SUBJECT LINE: DEMENTIA): Share your experience or a loved one's experience with dementia screening.
2. Managing Weight (SUBJECT LINE: MANAGING WEIGHT): Discuss how managing your weight has contributed to better health.
3. Preventative Care (SUBJECT LINE: PREVENTATIVE CARE): Talk about experiences with screening or preventative care, such as heart checks, mammograms, or colonoscopies.
4. Family Condition (SUBJECT LINE: FAMILY CONDITION): Share your story of discovering a hereditary health condition like cancer, cardiovascular issues, or diabetes.
5. Older Person Preventative Care (SUBJECT LINE: OLDER PERSON PREVENTATIVE CARE): If you're an older individual, discuss how knowledge of family health history helped in early treatment of a condition.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.

Compensation:

• This is a paid opportunity.
• Participants will be compensated for a half day of work.
