Job Details: Extras will play crucial background roles, setting the scene in a hospital environment. Responsibilities will vary depending on the role but may include portraying the daily activities of nurses, doctors, or patients within a hospital setting, interacting with main characters in non-speaking roles, and following the directions of the director and production staff to bring authenticity to the hospital scenes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and ready for makeup, costume fitting, and briefings.
- Follow the directions from the director, production staff, and assistants.
- Portray a believable character within a hospital setting, which may include miming conversations, reacting to main action scenes, and following choreographed movements.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic throughout long shooting hours.
- Be prepared for potential adjustments to scenes or repeat takes as directed by the production team.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Available to work on the specified date in Atlanta, GA.
- Willing to comply with wardrobe, hair, and makeup requirements.
- Previous experience as an extra is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the filming location.
- Ability to follow directions well and adapt to changes in the shooting schedule or scenes.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Compensation:
- Rate: $90 for 8 hours (overtime will be paid for any work beyond 8 hours according to standard industry rates).
