Casting Call: Non-Speaking Extras for Pool Hall Scene
We are excited to announce a casting call for African American men aged 20s through 40s to participate as non-speaking extras in an upcoming pool hall shoot. Job Detail:
- Project: Unspecified film or television project featuring a pool hall scene.
- Role: Non-speaking extra.
- Date of Shoot: Thursday, March 14th.
- Location: Pool Hall, location to be determined (TBD) in Chicago.
- Call Time: TBD (will be communicated to selected individuals).
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate as a background actor in a pool hall scene, contributing to the scene's authenticity and atmosphere.
- Follow direction from the director and assistant directors promptly and efficiently.
- Be prepared to perform multiple takes from different angles as required.
- Maintain professionalism on set at all times.
- Arrive on time and ready to work with the appropriate wardrobe (details will be provided upon selection).
Requirements:
- Ethnicity: African American.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 20s through 40s.
- Availability: Must be available for the entire day on Thursday, March 14th.
- Previous acting experience is not required but considered a plus.
- Must be local to Chicago or able to travel to the set location on your own.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
Compensation:
- Rate of Pay: $126.4 for 8 hours of work.
- Overtime: Time and a half for any work over 8 hours.
- Payment will be issued via check approximately two weeks after the shoot date.
- A nice lunch will be provided on set.
