Casting Call: Featured Role for Women (Non-Speaking)
Job Details: We are currently seeking talented women in their 40s and 50s from all ethnic backgrounds to fill a non-speaking, featured role in an upcoming production. This role will require the selected candidate to portray a friend of one of the characters in a scene scheduled to be shot on Tuesday, March 26th. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to gain more experience in the film and television industry and to be featured in a project with significant exposure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the director and crew to bring the character to life through non-verbal cues and background action.
- Attend a brief rehearsal or meeting (if called) prior to the shooting date to understand the scene requirements and director’s vision.
- Be present and ready for makeup, costume fitting, and any preparatory work required on the day of the shoot.
- Follow directions from the director and crew promptly and accurately while on set.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic throughout the production process.
Requirements:
- Female, aged 40s to 50s.
- Open to all ethnicities.
- Previous acting experience preferred but not required.
- Must be available for the whole day on Tuesday, March 26th.
- Ability to follow directions and work well under minimal verbal guidance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the set location (indoor).
- Must be legally eligible to work in the location of the shoot.
Compensation Details:
- Featured rate: $160 for 8 hours of work.
- Overtime compensation at time and a half for hours worked beyond the initial 8 hours.
- Payment will be processed and sent via check approximately two weeks following the shoot.
