About the Project: We are casting for a short film that will be featured on a major Latin network. We are seeking talented Latina actresses who are fluent in Spanish to fill various roles that showcase a range of ages and experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray a character convincingly and in accordance with the director's vision.
• Memorize lines and cues and deliver them with naturalism and authenticity.
• Collaborate with other cast members and crew to bring the script to life.
• Attend costume fittings, makeup sessions, and rehearsals as required.
• Be available for the entire shooting day on February 25.

Roles:

1. Afrolatin Girl (7-9 YRS): A young, vibrant character with a strong presence.
2. Teenager (17-19 YRS): A role that captures the complexities of Latin teenage life.
3. Middle-Aged (48-50 YRS): A mature character with depth, representing the wisdom of life experience.
4. “Chef” (28-33 YRS): A culinary artist with a passion for food and culture.
5. Handywoman (38-40 YRS): A capable and independent character who is proficient with tools and fixing things.

Requirements:

• Must be a Latina actress fluent in Spanish.
• Must fit the age range of the role being applied for.
• Previous acting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have a flexible schedule for the shooting day and potential rehearsals.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and reside in/around Los Angeles.

Compensation Details:

• Flat rate of $300 for the shooting day.
• No additional compensation for rehearsals or fittings.
• Transportation and accommodation are not covered.
