Casting Call: Background Actors to Portray College-Aged Couple

Job Details: Miguel is seeking submissions for background actors to portray a college-aged African American couple for a television show filming in Downtown Los Angeles. Successful applicants will be part of a scene that requires them to be comfortable kissing on camera.

Responsibilities:

• Perform as a background actor in a television show, portraying a college-aged couple.
• Participate in scenes requiring romantic interaction, including kissing.
• Follow directions from the director and crew to ensure scenes are captured as scripted.
• Maintain professionalism on set and adhere to all set rules and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be a registered member of Central Casting.
• Ages 18-25, African American, to portray college students.
• Comfortable with on-camera romantic scenes.
• Must submit with a real-life partner who is also comfortable kissing on camera and meets the casting specifications.
• Both partners must be registered with Central Casting.
• Please include in your submission if you have a kissing couple partner.

Compensation:

• Rate: $208 for 8 hours of work. Overtime may apply according to union rules.
