Job Details:

We are currently seeking male actors who can convincingly portray characters in their 20s to 30s for roles requiring proficient basketball skills in an upcoming film/TV production. This role demands individuals who are not only passionate about acting but also possess a high level of basketball playing ability. Successful candidates will participate in scenes that involve playing basketball and must be able to demonstrate a range of skills on the court authentically.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in scheduled rehearsals and shoot on the specified date.

• Play basketball as required by the script, which may include participating in games, practicing on the court, and executing specific basketball maneuvers convincingly.

• Collaborate with the director, fellow actors, and crew to bring the basketball scenes to life.

• Maintain a professional demeanor on set, adhere to the production schedule, and follow the director’s guidance.

Requirements:

• Male, aged 20s to 30s.

• Must be 6'0" or taller.

• Significant basketball playing skills; candidates should be proficient in the game and capable of performing at a high level.

• Must be registered with Central Casting and a member of the relevant union.

• Available to shoot on Wednesday, March 27 in Santa Clarita, CA.

• Ability to take direction well and work effectively as part of a team.

• Previous acting experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

• $218 for 8 hours of work. Overtime will be compensated according to union rates.
