Job Responsibilities:

• For Editorial Positions:

  • Evaluate submissions for compliance with our publication standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to contributors to help refine their work.
  • Collaborate with the team to curate and edit content for publication.
  • Uphold the magazine's reputation for eclectic and maximalist content.

• For Social Media Positions:

  • Create and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms.
  • Interact with our community by responding to comments and messages.
  • Analyze engagement data to inform social media strategy.
  • Promote current calls for submissions, events, and published content.

Requirements:

• A keen eye for art and literature that lingers in the mind.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• For editorial roles, experience in editing and content curation is preferred.
• For social media roles, experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus.
