GENERAL SUMMARY: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing brand-elevating and customer-relevant marketing strategies that drive profitable business growth for the Emerging Businesses/Growth Brands division and ultimately the Victoria’s Secret business. This position will have a leadership role in managing and growing Victoria’s Secret’s Partner Marketing Program working closely with both Marketing and Merchandising Teams to create and execute custom marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for Victoria’s Secret’s third-party brand partners. This role is vital to developing and maintaining Victoria’s Secret’s third-party brand relationships. POSITION DESCRIPTION: This positions works with cross-functional partners to develop the overall strategic photo direction for PINK. This individual directs and manages outside photo teams and internal stylist to ensure all photography and retouching is executed according to concept, on time and on budget. You will work across multiple categories using data, product, material, color and graphic information to capture imagery in a high volume and fast-paced production environment.
