Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with the sneaker community in-store and on camera to create compelling content.
• Showcase your extensive knowledge of sneakers, including their history, styles, and trends.
• Hype up and excite customers about the latest sneaker releases and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative marketing strategies.
• Assist in organizing and participating in sneaker-related events, launches, and promotions.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest sneaker trends and product knowledge to offer the best guidance to customers.

Requirements:

• Age: 20-30 years old.
• A genuine passion for sneakers and a deep knowledge of sneaker culture.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both on and off-camera.
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Reside locally in the Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA areas.
• Personable, outgoing, and able to connect with customers and fellow sneaker enthusiasts.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional weekend and evening events.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or on-camera work is a plus but not required.
