Job Details:
We are looking for a female actor in her 40s to portray the role of a doctor who interacts significantly with the family involved in the story. This role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to convey empathy and authority.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portraying the character of a doctor accurately and convincingly, following the director’s guidance and script details.
- Participating in briefings with the director and production team to understand the character’s background, motivation, and the episode's overall tone.
- Recording dialogue as per the script, with possible adjustments for scene authenticity.
- Working collaboratively with other cast members and the production team to create a seamless and engaging narrative.
- Being available for makeup, costume fittings, and rehearsals as required by the production team.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and punctuality throughout the filming process.
Requirements:
- Female, 40s.
- Prior acting experience in television, film, or theater is preferred.
- Ability to deliver lines with a convincing tone and emotion that matches the character's context.
- Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes in the script or shooting schedule.
- Must be local to Knoxville, TN, or willing to work as a local (no travel or accommodation provided).
- Non-union.
Compensation:
- Rate: $100/Day
- This role is for a non-union production.
