Job Details

We are currently casting for a pivotal non-speaking role in an upcoming production slated for the TVOne network. The project, known under the working title FA1512, will be filmed in Knoxville, Tennessee. We are searching for individuals who are committed and passionate about contributing to a narrative centered around scripted violence and crime-solving themes.

Available Roles

OFFICER

• Ethnicity: Black or Hispanic

• Gender: Male

• Physical Requirements: Athletic build

• Special Requirements: Must be comfortable handling a prop gun and participating in scenes involving scripted violence and murder content. Previous experience in similar roles is a plus but not a requirement.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray the character of an officer within the scripted parameters of the project, ensuring authenticity and commitment to the role.

• Participate in scenes involving scripted violence and use of prop firearms under the guidance and coordination of our professional stunt and safety team.

• Collaborate with the director, production team, and fellow actors to achieve the desired scene outcomes and overall project vision.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, especially in scenes involving prop guns and simulated violence.

• Availability for costume fittings, rehearsals, and any required pre-filming meetings as scheduled by the production team.

Requirements

• Must fit the specified physical and ethnic characteristics for the role.

• Previous acting experience preferred, especially in roles requiring the portrayal of law enforcement or similar characters.

• Comfort and ability to portray intense scenes convincingly while adhering to all safety and ethical guidelines.

• Ability to follow direction and work cooperatively with a diverse team of professionals.

• Reliable transportation to and from the filming location in Knoxville. Accommodation considerations will be made for those requiring travel beyond a reasonable distance.

Compensation Details

• Rate: $125/day

• Additional: Hotel accommodation will be provided if needed, based on the actor’s location relative to the filming site.
