Casting Call: Double for Young Actress

Job Details: We are seeking a child double for an upcoming shoot scheduled for Tuesday, 2/20. This role is for a young actress's double in a fun, kid-friendly production set entirely on stage in the Decatur area. The ideal candidate should match the physical characteristics of the actress closely to ensure continuity and realism in scenes where a double is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the director and crew to understand the requirements for each scene.
• Mimic the movements and actions of the lead actress during rehearsals and takes, as directed.
• Be prepared for wardrobe fittings and makeup to match the lead actress's appearance.
• Remain attentive and responsive to direction and feedback from the production team.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on a busy, child-friendly set.

Requirements:

• Height: 4'2" - 4'3" (approximately 50 - 51 inches)
• Clothing Size: 6-7
• Hair: Longer, brown
• Age: Must be a child actor who can convincingly portray the required physical characteristics.
• Previous acting or doubling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be available for the entire shoot day on Tuesday, 2/20.
• Legal guardian must accompany the child to the set and remain present at all times.
• Must comply with all safety and health guidelines set by the production.

Compensation:

• Competitive daily rate, commensurate with experience and industry standards.
• Meals and snacks provided on set.
• Travel expenses not covered unless otherwise negotiated.
