Casting Call: Background Actors with Vehicles

Job Details: We are currently seeking background actors with vehicles for an upcoming film shooting on specified dates in Senoia and Grantville, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the filmmaking process and see the behind-the-scenes workings of a film set. Your vehicle will play a crucial role in creating an authentic setting for our scenes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrive on set at the designated call time with your vehicle.
• Follow directions from the director or assistant director regarding where to park or move your vehicle as needed for filming.
• Be prepared for periods of waiting or downtime as shots are set up and taken.
• Act in background scenes as directed, which may involve driving your vehicle or sitting in it as part of a scene.
• Remain available for the entire shooting day or as directed by the production team.

Requirements:

• Own a reliable car or truck that is not white, red, or appears upscale or very new. We are looking for regular, everyday vehicles, and older models are ideal.
• Vehicle must be in good running condition and insured.
• Must be available for the entire day on the shooting dates for which you are applying.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to follow directions and work well under the direction of the film crew.
• Previous experience as a background actor is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

• This position is paid. Compensation details will be provided upon selection and will vary based on involvement and shooting hours.
• In addition to monetary compensation, participants will have the unique experience of being part of a film production and may receive meals and snacks depending on the length of the shooting day.
