Casting Call: Corporate Training Video (Non-Union)

Project Overview: We are creating a series of short corporate training videos (30-60 seconds each) focused on the dos and don'ts of effective management. Each scenario will depict a conversation between a manager and their subordinate, aiming to illustrate positive and negative management behaviors.
Roles:
LEAD - Managers ("Steve"): Principal speaking roles. We are seeking one male and one female actor, each portraying a different manager. Candidates should have strong acting experience and be adept at conveying a range of managerial styles and scenarios.
SUPPORTING - Subordinate/Direct Report ("Sheila"): Principal speaking roles. We are seeking one male and one female actor to represent employees in various interactions with their managers. Actors should be able to express a range of responses to managerial behaviors.
Any Ethnicity: We are looking for a diverse cast and welcome applicants of any ethnicity.
