Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and creative Teacher Influencers to join our network at the United Casting Agency (UCA). This unique opportunity is for educators who are passionate about creating engaging and informative content for a K-12 audience. As a Teacher Influencer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping educational conversations online and creating content that resonates with children, parents, and the wider educational community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce original content that is educational, engaging, and suitable for children in Kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Collaborate with the UCA team and other influencers to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas.
• Maintain an active and positive presence on social media platforms, with a specific focus on reaching out to and building a community of educators, students, and parents.
• Participate in UCA campaigns and initiatives, representing the agency and its commitment to quality educational content.
• Track engagement and feedback on content produced, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and impact.

Requirements:

• Current or former educator with experience teaching Kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Active social media presence with a following of between 10,000 to 100,000.
• Proven ability to create high-quality, compelling content for a variety of digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of the current educational landscape and a passion for teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be willing to work on a freelance basis and manage time effectively.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay range of $400 to $700 per content piece, commensurate with experience and engagement metrics.
