Casting Call: Child Actors for Educational Video Project

Project Overview: We are currently casting for an exciting new educational project focused on creating engaging video content that brings classroom discussions to life. Our upcoming video will feature a group of students in a classroom setting, engaging in lively discussions about math concepts. We aim to showcase the curiosity, enthusiasm, and diverse opinions that real students bring to the learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in video shoots as a student engaging in classroom discussions about various math topics.
• Collaborate with other child actors and the director to create a realistic and dynamic classroom discussion environment.
• Deliver lines and react naturally to discussion points, showcasing a strong ability to communicate and articulate thoughts.
• Follow direction from the production team to achieve the desired outcome for the project.

Requirements:

• Age: Must be in 3rd to 5th grade (approximately 8-11 years old).
• Strong verbal communication skills and not afraid to express opinions and thoughts.
• Ability to memorize lines and follow directions.
• Comfortable being on camera and able to interact naturally with peers and adults.
• Previous acting experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
• Available for the duration of the shoot at the end of February to the beginning of March.

Compensation:

• This is a paid opportunity. Specific compensation details will be provided upon selection.
• Travel and accommodation expenses (if necessary) will be covered for the child actor and one accompanying adult.
