**Lead & Support BAs Needed for Bar Hops Friday, June 25th from 4-7 in Anchorage & Juneau! Pay is $180-525 and pays out on Friday, July 3rd!**
- Pay for Support BA = $180 (6 hours of paid time)
- Pay for Lead = $525 (15 hours of paid time)
We are a promotional staffing agency based out of Dallas, Texas and are looking for a male/female street team to work bar hops at a string of 10 local bar accounts between 4-7pm on June 25th. Each team member will visit 5 accounts within close distance to each other.
The roles and responsibilities for each position are as follows:
Lead Brand Ambassador:
- -In addition to the on-premise shot sampling from 4-7 PM, Lead BA will be responsible for contacting all accounts ahead of time to meet and pay for the product spend at each account, ensuring all tabs are closed at end of execution, as well as going over this specific on-premise bar sampling program with the account
- -Train the support BA on execution of sampling and product knowledge
- -Responsible for managing all premiums, POS, uniforms in market, ensuring that any premiums and uniforms that need to be returned are retrieved within a timely manner. The uniform tops + POS will be shipped directly to you.
- -Provide post event recap for each account separately & ensure the Support BA also collects all information from their respective accounts and relays back to Lead BA.
- -Participates in training call prior to event execution day with client regarding brand education and what is expected.
Support BA:
- -Takes note of information needed for recapping for each of the 5 bar accounts for which they are responsible and ensures that they relay all to the Lead BA
- -Coordinates with Lead BA for training regarding the brand, meeting up to receive any premiums, POS and uniforms prior to event start time.
Promotional/Brand Ambassador Experience is a plus, or any experience with face-to-face interaction regarding previous job experience.
You must be able to approach consumers, engage them in conversation to educate them on the brand to provide a liquid to lips execution. We will provide training and materials to do so.
Liquor License is REQUIRED.
As this is independent contractor (1099) work, future events/on-going work with us you may pick up and book various events at your own discretion. Typically shifts are in 3 hour blocks, typically taking place Thursday-Saturday during the day and/or evenings.
