Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Branding Designer for a global beauty brand. 

You’ll join the marketing team to support branding and packaging efforts. 
This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role is located in Dallas TX, and is hybrid in their offices.

Branding Designer Responsibilities: 
Support branding and packaging initiatives 
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to create innovative engaging designs across marketing and packaging to target intended audiences 
Utilize brand guidelines to create repeatable and scalable packaging designs for global use 
Lead branding projects across departments and ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and top-tier creativity 
Operate as a team player, ready to both lead and roll up sleeves when needed 

Branding Designer Requirements: 
Digital portfolio with samples of your branding and packaging work is required for review 
5+ years in digital and graphic design 
Previous experience in beauty & fashion is highly preferred 
Expertise in Adobe CS - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator specifically 
Ability to create motion graphics would be a bonus
