You are a leader of leaders, and you leverage your ability to identify and develop high performing talent to manage multiple park operations. You will train and develop your leaders in operational excellence, business acumen, and customer service and sales delivery. This role reports to a Regional Vice President and requires 70% travel to support parks. Ideal candidates will be based in New York or the Boston area. Flexible schedule required.
