OVERVIEW:Our client is a producer of fragrances and flavors that are sold to manufacturers of “home care” and “air care” products like laundry detergents, dishwashing liquids, candles, floor cleaners, air fresheners, as well as of food and beverage products, cosmetics, personal care items like shampoo and conditioners, etc. We are looking to hire an enigmatic and experienced Sales professional who has experience in the Consumer Fragrance industry. You will be responsible for achieving sales and margin goals for the company, providing strategic direction to management, developing annual sales plans to increase market share, and collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to develop/achieve plans, programs, and objectives that enhance the success of the company. All business is B2B. We do not sell anything directly to the consumer. QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor’s degree in is required. Our client is an established and respected supplier of ingredients and specialty chemicals sold to manufacturers of Food, Beverage, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics, Personal Care, and Home Care (HI&I) products. We are searching for a sales professional, based in the Atlanta area to cover accounts in the states of Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree is required </li><li>A specific degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or other natural science is preferred</li><li>5 years minimum prior experience working for a manufacturer or distributor of nutritional ingredients, food ingredients, flavors, or cosmetic ingredients in a sales, sales support, or technical service capacity.</li><li>Already have established connections and customers in the territory.
