Corporate Events Assistant in TX by Connective Talent

We are looking for a full time Corporate Events Assistant for our client in the Houston area. This position is onsite in the downtown Houston area. Local candidates will be prioritized. Benefits include health insurance, 401K and more!

This position will be working for a leading energy to develop, plan and execute high-profile corporate events.

Requirements:
Experience creating and managing entertainment programming including event activities, brand experiences, catering, speakers and meetings
Experience with communicating directly with vendors including quotes, contracts, scheduling and payments
Experience with developing event content as needed including materials and signage for event production
