We are currently casting for an upcoming Disney Meetings & Events video and photoshoot that embodies the essence of imagination and creativity Disney is renowned for. This project aims to capture the magical experiences Disney crafts for its events and meetings, showcasing a blend of professional elegance with Disney’s signature enchantment. Project Details:

• Title: Disney Meetings & Events Video and Photoshoot

• Project Synopsis: This project is centered around the theme of "Disney’s Meeting & Groups," highlighting how Disney merges imagination and creativity with professional events, creating unforgettable experiences. The narrative is designed to inspire and spark curiosity about Disney's unique approach to making every event magical.

• Usage: The final content will be utilized across various platforms including digital video (no broadcast), social digital, print, and at trade shows/industrials for a period of 5 years.

• Fitting: An in-person fitting is mandatory for selected talent, with compensation provided.

• Locations: Specific shooting locations will be provided upon selection.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in a mandatory in-person fitting session.

• Engage in the video and photoshoot as per the director's guidelines, embodying the theme and essence of the project.

• Collaborate with the creative team to bring the vision of Disney Meetings & Events to life.

• Be prepared to perform various roles as needed throughout the shooting process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in modeling or acting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to convey a wide range of emotions and professionalism on camera.

• Must be available for the entire shooting schedule, including the fitting session.

• Comfortable working with a diverse team of creatives in a dynamic shooting environment.

• Talent unable to attend the fitting session should NOT be submitted.

Compensation:

• Session Payment: $600 + 20% agency fee (if applicable).

• Buyout Payment: $5,000 + 20% agency fee (if applicable) for the agreed 5-year usage period.

• Fitting Session: $150 + 20% agency fee (if applicable) per person for attending the mandatory fitting.
