Casting Call: Insurance Commercial - Lead Roles for Period Commercial

Job Details: We are excited to announce auditions for a captivating insurance commercial set in the 1970s. This non-speaking, non-union commercial will feature several scenes and is looking to cast enthusiastic and talented individuals in the lead roles. We seek men and women of all ethnicities, aged 25 to 50ish, who can embody the spirit of the 1970s era. The commercial will be used for print and broadcast, offering a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talent and transport viewers back to a nostalgic time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray characters in various scenes that capture the essence of the 1970s, reflecting the spirit and lifestyle of the era.
• Collaborate with the director and other cast members to convey emotions and tell a compelling visual story without speaking lines.
• Follow the director's guidance and contribute creative ideas to bring authenticity and depth to the characters.
• Engage in wardrobe fittings and adhere to the stylist's recommendations to ensure accurate period representation.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor on set, contributing to a harmonious and productive working environment.

Requirements:

• Men and women of all ethnicities, aged 25 to 50ish, who can embody the look and feel of the 1970s era.
• Strong non-verbal communication skills to express emotions, reactions, and interactions effectively.
• Previous acting experience is a plus but not mandatory. We welcome newcomers with a passion for performance.
• Must be relatively local to the Cooperstown, NY, area or willing to commute for the shooting dates.

Compensation:

• Selected actors will be compensated at a rate of $500 per day of shooting.
• Meals, refreshments, and wardrobes will be provided on set.
• This is an excellent opportunity to build your portfolio, gain exposure, and contribute to an exciting period commercial project.
