  • The Initiative is looking for an experienced Producer to join our team. Qualified applicants need to be highly organized with strong communication skills and successfully support development teams. We're looking for someone with experience in coordinating, tracking, and managing production schedules and game features. The Producer will support cross-discipline teams of designers, artists, and engineers to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

· Production support of the cross functional team, running meetings, fast tracking and ensuring things are up to date, building out deliverables and roadmaps.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in production role in game development, experience running cross-discipline teams using both MS office as well as project management software such as Jira and ShotGrid, strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaboratively solve problems to achieve production plans.

Compensation:

· $33.87 - $45.16 (W2/Non-Exempt)
