Casting Call: Female Stand-In for Olympic Swimmer Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Physical Representation: Act as a stand-in for an Olympic swimmer character during the film production process. This involves standing in for lighting setups and camera framing in the absence of the principal actor.
- Scene Preparation: Work closely with the director and cinematography team to assist in scene setups, ensuring that lighting and camera angles are well-aligned for the actor’s scenes.
- Timing and Pacing: Help the production team in understanding the flow of scenes, especially those involving complex swimming sequences or specific physical movements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members, including the director, camera operators, and lighting technicians, to facilitate a smooth filming process.
- Flexibility and Availability: Be available for the entire duration of the shoot on the specified date, and be prepared for potential schedule changes.
Requirements:
- Gender and Ethnicity: Caucasian female.
- Height: Between 5'10" - 6'1" tall.
- Hair Color: Blond to dark blond.
- Swimming Skills: Preferably, applicants should have good swimming skills, although this is not a mandatory requirement.
- Physical Fitness: Must be in good physical shape to represent an Olympic swimmer.
- Experience: Prior experience as a stand-in or in film production is advantageous but not required.
- Professionalism: Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a professional demeanor on set.
- Legal Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the location specified (Ocala, FL).
Compensation Details:
- The stand-in will be compensated at a rate of $469.90 for the day’s work.
- An additional 10% will be added to the base rate.
- Please note that this rate is inclusive of all work performed on the shoot day.
