Associate Producer, Kids Animated Series Development

Position: [Pinkfong Baby Shark] Associate Producer, Kids Animated Series Development
Location: Century City, Los Angeles (in office once a week)
Employment Type: Full-time position with a 3 month probation period

Responsibilities:
Drive the development and pitch process; develop new property ideas and draft creative briefs; hire talent; develop final pitch material that includes a bible, character design, visual development, and marketing plan.
Research kids content industry and build relationships with top creative studios & talent.
Develop creative marketing plans across digital, consumer products, and live experiences to promote growth of the new properties.
Research and pitch IP acquisition, investment, and joint venture opportunities.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any area / Animation, film or related majors preferred
Detail oriented with strong project management skills
Strong interest in animation and kids content a plus
Basic editorial skills (photo, video, etc) a plus
