We're looking for a seasoned hands-on Art Director that can help contribute to original IP at a growing new studio within the NetEase Games family. Qualified candidates will come from a concept art background and have a deep history doing previz work for games in addition to managing and leading artists. Your main responsibility will be to successfully establish a new studio and secure its games by providing a creative direction for its products that are not only seen as innovative by players but also "Must Plays" by the wider industry . You must make key creative decisions with the development team while nurturing the industries best talent.
