Project Description: We are seeking talent for an upcoming Nordstrom Rack commercial, which will include both motion and stills. This commercial aims to showcase the vibrant and diverse range of products available at Nordstrom Rack, focusing on accessibility and style for everyone. The ideal candidates will bring energy, charisma, and a unique personality to the project, embodying the Nordstrom Rack shopper.

Casting For:

ILANA, FEMALE 40s:

• Age Range: 35-50 years old
• Gender: Female
• Ethnicities and Backgrounds: All ethnicities and backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Sizes: Open sizes, we are looking for a real representation of our diverse customer base.
• Character Traits: Looking for a mom with charisma, someone who exudes great energy without being too 'mumsy'. More of a diva, someone who can bring a dynamic presence to the screen and represent the stylish, empowered shopper Nordstrom Rack caters to.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in a fitting session to select and tailor outfits for the shoot.
• Work closely with the director and photography team to capture the essence of the Nordstrom Rack brand through both motion and still shots.
• Bring a high level of energy and professionalism to the set, contributing positively to the team and project.
• Be available for the full duration of the shoot day(s), potentially up to 12 hours.

Requirements:

• Professional acting and/or modeling experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be comfortable in front of the camera and able to take direction well.
• Open to all ethnicities, backgrounds, and sizes, fitting the specified age range.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a flexible schedule for shoot dates.
• Ability to convey a range of emotions and personas, from diva to charismatic mom.

Compensation Details:

• Session Fee: $1,000 per 12-hour day of shooting.
• Usage Fee: $2,000, guaranteed upon completion of at least one shoot day along with the session fee.
• Fitting Fee: $300 for wardrobe fitting.
• Agency Fee: A 20% agency fee will be applied on top of the total compensation.
