This is a full time paid 6 months internship.  Responsibilities <ul><li>This position is a very pro-active position where a lot of responsibilities will be given to the right candidate. Lots of opportunities for growth.</li><li>Outreach to macro and micro influencers for different client campaigns</li><li>Coordinate and strategize influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish</li><li>Strategize, Create & Schedule posts on client TikTok accounts</li><li>Assist in the creation and implementation of monthly content schedules</li><li>Actively participate in idea brainstorming for both TikTok organic content and influencer campaigns</li><li>Handle day-to-day communication with influencers and brand ambassadors, making sure they are on track with monthly deliverables</li><li>Strengthen and grow influencer relationships</li><li>Create monthly analytics reports to track influencer campaign results</li><li>Regularly research latest marketing trends and find best ways to promote brands through influencer collaborations</li><li>Contribute innovative ideas for new projects</li><li>Stay on top of social media trends</li><li>Grow within your role to be hired by the agency at the end of the internship</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Outstanding people skills, making it easy to maintain positive relationships with influencers and clients.</li><li>Excellent organization skills. The primary focus of this role will be to shoot and edit videos to maximize productivity in the creative department. The Videographer will work closely with the video team to complete technical tasks related to production and post-production.
