CASTING PEOPLE IN BRITISH COLUMBIA, WHO WORK OUTDOORS IN THE SUMMER, FOR A FUN TIM HORTONS COMMERCIAL!

We are seeking outgoing Tim Hortons guests, 18-65 years old, in the interior and lower mainland of British Columbia, who have outdoor jobs that require them to be in the summer heat for extended periods of time.
Do you love eating fruit to satisfy your thirst on hot summer days? Are you someone who often works in the heat all day for work such as; lifeguards, tennis instructors, summer day camp leaders, road workers, etc.? Do you have any funny or interesting stories from dealing with the heat? We are open to all kinds of stories and outdoor workers!

PLEASE NOTE:
- This is a non-union project. No acting experience is required, however, you should be outgoing and comfortable being interviewed on camera.
- We encourage submissions from a diverse group of people.
- Strict COVID-19 safety protocol will be adhered to during the production of this commercial and it will be produced in accordance with public health guidelines at the time of filming. For more information, please visit: http://www.cpat.ca
- To apply, you MUST be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- If shortlisted, you MUST be available on May 6th for a brief online interview with the director.
- If selected, you MUST be available for a COVID test between May 7th-12th. You will only be required for one day for a brief testing appointment, but must keep all the dates available until booked.
- If selected, you MUST be available for a wardrobe appointment between May 7th – 12th. You will only be required for one day for a brief appointment, but must keep all the dates available until booked.
- If selected, you MUST be available for filming on May 12th-14th in Osoyoos, BC. You will only be required for one day of filming, but must keep all the dates available until booked.
- If booked, you will receive $75 for a wardrobe appointment, $75 for a COVID test appointment, and $750 for one day of filming. If your footage is used in the final commercial, you will receive an additional $1,500- $2,000 depending on use.
- For talent not local to shoot location (1 hour drive), if selected, transportation costs will be covered, including mileage for self-drive, accommodations, and talent will receive $350/travel or hold day and $100 per diem.
