Job Details: We are seeking charismatic and knowledgeable Baristas and Coffee Experts to host a Tiktok Live Shopping show. Hosts will engage with a live audience, showcasing a variety of coffee-related products and providing expert advice on coffee brewing techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

• Host engaging and interactive Tiktok Live Shopping sessions centered around coffee products.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of different coffee brewing methods, equipment, and beans.
• Engage with the audience, answering questions, and creating a lively and entertaining atmosphere.
• Highlight the unique features and benefits of featured products, providing authentic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure a seamless and engaging broadcast.
• Foster a positive and dynamic online community by actively participating in discussions and interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista or Coffee Expert with a deep understanding of various coffee brewing methods.
• Strong on-camera presence, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with live streaming on Tiktok and interacting with a virtual audience.
• Ability to convey complex coffee concepts in an accessible and relatable manner.
• Charismatic and personable with a genuine passion for coffee and coffee-related products.
• Must be available to stream from Orca’s state-of-the-art studios in Culver City.

Compensation Details:

• Rate: $50 per streaming hour, with the potential to stream up to 40 hours per month (equivalent to $2000 per month).
