Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive engaging conversations with a variety of subjects throughout the series.
- Maintain a natural and approachable demeanor that resonates with a diverse audience.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth execution of episodes.
- Represent the essence of the documentary, embodying its themes of community rejuvenation and sustainable living.
Job Details:
- Platform/Usage: Content will be featured on a YouTube Channel and across various social media platforms, with rights retained in perpetuity.
- Episode Length: Each episode will run approximately 4-5 minutes.
- Total Episodes: 7
- Shoot Dates: Initial shoots on May 21st and May 22nd, 2024, with subsequent bi-monthly shoots over 6 months.
Project Description: "The Loctite Second Chance House" is a collaborative documentary series featuring Habitat for Humanity, DIY influencers, and Fine Home Building partners. The series focuses on the transformation of a condemned house in East Cleveland into a sustainable and welcoming home for a deserving family. Through this series, we explore themes of community rebuilding, sustainable living, and the impact of collective volunteer efforts.
Compensation Details:
- Total Pay: $14,000 for the series, plus a 10% agency fee.
- Talent Fee: $2,000 per episode.
