Amazon is now hiring thousands of work-from-home jobs

Amazon just announced they are looking for 3,000 people to fill work-from-home positions in select areas. The Work from Home Seasonal Customer Service Associate is a part-time position focused on giving customers Amazon-worthy service. “As an Amazon Customer Service Associate (CSA) it is a critical part of our mission to listen to the customer’s needs, deliver timely results, accurate information, personalized resolutions, and maintain our professional environment of supporting all Amazon customers,” the job description writes.

You should expect to work 20 to 29 hours each work at an hourly rate of $15. You can expect to work up to 60 hours a week during the peak season with an overtime pay at 1.5x base rate. Shifts include mornings, afternoons and evenings and typically one or both weekend days.

Amazon also offers other benefits including employee discounts, access to the Employee Assitance Program, which provides 24/7 support and resources for professional and personal needs. Plus, you’ll earn healthcare coverage after 90 days of employment.

To apply you must live within 50 miles or less from one of Amazon’s physical Cutomer Service Sites in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi , Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
