But I was in the early stages of Parkinson's, so I don't know if I would have wanted to take that on. After 'Part Three' had done well, there might have been conversations about it, but I never got involved in them."
On the other hand, Fox's co-star, Christopher Lloyd, expressed a more optimistic view, stating that he would be interested in participating in a sequel. Lloyd mentioned that if a brilliant idea emerged to justify a fourth film, it might become a reality.

In a recent appearance on the comic book&rsquo;s Phase Zero podcast, the actor who portrayed the main antagonist you have shared his hopes that fans will be able to see a different ending one day. &ldquo;Well, let me just put it this way. I&rsquo;m hoping you&rsquo;ll see an extended version or maybe an alternate ending, you know, that we certainly did a film,&rdquo; Iwuji confirmed.
He continued, &ldquo;I mean, the whole point in Marvel is that unless you see someone die, they haven&rsquo;t necessarily died, and even if they do die, what does that mean in the multiverse, right? But the point is that Rocket doesn&rsquo;t shoot me. They make a point of saying why don&rsquo;t you kill him, and he says no, I&rsquo;m not going to kill him. The Karate Kid franchise is set to make a comeback, as Sony Pictures is in talks with the renowned martial arts legend, Jackie Chan, to reprise his role as the iconic teacher. According to an announcement by Discussion Film, the studio is currently engaged in discussions with Chan, who is 69 years old, for his return.
Although the upcoming film remains untitled, it already has a confirmed release date for the summer of 2024. In 2010, Jackie Chan starred alongside Jaden Smith in the franchise's previous installment. Chan portrayed Mr. Han, a maintenance man who teaches kung fu to Dre Parker, played by Smith, to help him overcome bullying. The film was primarily shot in China, but it is uncertain whether the new project will return to the exact location. Furthermore, it remains to be seen if Jaden Smith will reprise his role in the franchise.
While the plot details have been kept under wraps, Sony has described the forthcoming reboot as a "return to the original Karate Kid franchise." The initial Karate Kid film, released in 1984, featured Ralph Macchio as Daniel LaRusso, a student who trains under Pat Morita's Mr. Miyagi, a maintenance man and karate master. Three sequels followed the original film in 1986, 1989, and 1994. In a more recent development, the TV series Cobra Kai brought Macchio and William Zabka back as their respective characters, Daniel and Johnny Lawrence, renewing their rivalry. In a recent interview with The Adam Buxton Podcast, the veteran actor explained that many Hollywood execs are exploring the legal routes to protect their clients from having their likeness used by AI. &ldquo;I can tell you that there [are] discussions going on in all of the guilds, all of the agencies, and all of the legal firms to come up with the legal ramifications of my face and my voice and everybody else&rsquo;s being our intellectual property,&rdquo; Hanks confirmed, but did not divulge any further details.
During the episode, he also opened up about the idea of AI bringing dead actors back to life in films and shows. &ldquo;What is a bona fide possibility right now, if I wanted to, [is] I could get together and pitch a series of seven movies that would star me in them in which I would be 32 years old from now until kingdom come,&rdquo; Hanks said. &ldquo;Anybody can now recreate themselves at any age they are by way of AI or deep fake technology &hellip; I could be hit by a bus tomorrow, and that&rsquo;s it, but my performances can go on and on and on.&rdquo;
&ldquo;Outside of the understanding that it&rsquo;s been done by AI or deep fake, there&rsquo;ll be nothing to tell you that it&rsquo;s not me and me alone, and it&rsquo;s going to have some degree of lifelike quality,&rdquo; he continued, adding that the use of AI for actors may not be an issue to audiences. &ldquo;Without a doubt, people will be able to tell, but the question is, will they care?&rdquo; he asked. &ldquo;Some people won&rsquo;t care; that won&rsquo;t make that delineation.&rdquo;

<h2>Casting Director John Papsidera on How He Found the Stars for 'The Godfather'</h2>

One of the unique challenges to creating a biographical drama about the making of an iconic film, such as The Godfather, is finding actors who can accurately portray real-life people that audiences have been familiar for decades. While speaking to Below the Line, series casting director John Papsidera discussed how difficult it is to cast people for iconic roles such as Francis Ford Coppola, Marlon Brando, and Al Pacino.
Papsidera says that, when casting actors to play real people, he avoids hiring impersonators or relying solely on an actor's physical resemblance. He says, "What I wanted to do was try and find people that had the essence of the characters without absolutely doing impersonations. We just started that method of trying to discover and find actors that kind of reminded us of those actors. We tried to find people who were in that ballpark because they're so identifiable. But we tried not to go down the path of, for instance, a Frank Sinatra impersonator who has done it before and is known for that. So we tried to get the actors that embodied their spirit and their essence, all the way down the list from Dan Fogler (as Francis Ford Coppola). It was tough because he was up for both Ford and Mario Puzo. He could've done either. I'm pretty sure he taped for both. Francis was such an integral part, and we had a little bit more freedom with Mario because he's not as ingrained in people's minds like Francis [and his]look. Coppola had so much drive and passion for this movie, so having somebody with that much life force and creative force, like Dan, was a hand-in-glove [fit]for us."
Papsidera mentioned some of the most unforgettable auditions for the program, stating that "Burn Gorman was really memorable as Bluhdorn. He's a wild-looking character, to begin with, and on top of that, adding the Austrian accent and finding the humor in the role, and not just an actor screaming at the camera, which the sides tended to lead some people in that direction. One of the audition scenes was when he throws something into the television in his office. You had a lot of guys going way over the top, and you had to find the right balance between the look and the performance and not just being a caricature but filling in that life underneath it. Burn certainly did that."
Interestingly, the actor cast as Al Pacino in The Godfather had to leave the project. Papsidera explains, "What's fascinating about that is we had cast another actor [in]that role. As he read the first or second script, he called his manager and said, 'I can't do this because there's sexual content in the material.' It had nothing to do with his character, it was just in the show itself, and there's not a lot of sexual content in the piece by any means. But he felt it was against his religion to be associated with anything in that realm. That was a huge blow because we thought we had a great Pacino. But as it turns out to be, there's always someone else, and I think across the board, people were thrilled with Anthony Ippolito as Al Pacino. Again, not an exact duplicate, but his eyes did a lot of the heavy lifting, and more people commented about him than almost any other role."
Most notably, the show includes a former Grey's Anatomy star in the lead role of Brando. Papsidera didn't initially foresee this casting choice, but it worked out perfectly. He says, "That was an absolute shocker. What's interesting too, and even when I was watching it with my wife, she was [like] 'oh, he's younger.' Everybody's mindset about Brando was how he looked in The Godfather. Well, he was much younger than what he actually played in The Godfather, so we were trying to match the look for the film that he did but also match Brando in real life, which is not how most people picture him. He's not going up the river in Apocalypse Now yet. So that was a real challenge. We had some great reads, and known actors [who]really campaigned and wanted to do it because they knew Marlon and felt like that was an access point. But when Justin's tape came in, I was just blown away. He did a little bit with his voice and his mannerisms, but didn't go full-on Marlon (with any cotton in his mouth), but hinted at it."

Hollywood Casting Director John Papsidera Reveals His Casting Process for 'The Godfather'

<h2>An <a href="https://www.projectcasting.com/blog/tag/hbo/">HBO</a> series is now casting multiple speaking roles in Singapore.</h2>
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming between July 1st through July 9th in Singapore. Details for the HBO series have not been released. However, John Papsidera, the casting director for HBO’s “Westworld” is casting the production. In addition, <a href="https://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/lifestyle/hbo-westworld-season-3-singapore-11605340">reports</a> suggest “Westworld” is set to film scenes in Singapore this year.

Character: A political and financial agent empowered by his dealings with wealthy clients and by extension considers himself a gatekeeper to circles of influence. Speaks English with Swiss/American/British Accent</li>

HBO Series Casting Call for Multiple Speaking Roles

<h2>Zombieland 2 is now casting speaking roles</h2>

If so, then I have great news for you. <a href="https://www.projectcasting.com/tag/zombieland-2/">Zombieland 2 </a>is set to start filming in <a href="https://www.projectcasting.com/blog/tag/atlanta/">Atlanta</a>, Georgia this January 28, 2019.
According to reports, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone, Jesse Eisenberg, and Abigail Breslin will be reprising their roles in the zombie movie.
According to <a href="http://sciencefiction.com/2018/09/07/zombieland-2-survival-rule-1-film-atlanta-january-28th-2019/">ScienceFiction.com</a>,  “the group will face a new zombie threat as a new breed of zombie has developed. This new super-zombie type is faster, bigger, and stronger than the previous strain of zombies and harder to kill. These super-zombies have started grouping up into a horde going from city to city leaving a path of destruction behind them.”

We have previously reported Zombieland is ramping up production and set to start filming in Atlanta, Georgia at the start of 2019. As a result, casting directors are now accepting video auditions for speaking roles in the new movie.
According to IMDB, <a href="http://www.castingsociety.com/members/john-papsidera">John Papsidera is the casting director for the upcoming feature film</a>. He is most known for his work on Jurassic World and Westworld. 

<h3 class="p1">John Papsidera acting tips</h3>

In a recent interview, John Papsidera discussed the challenges for casting big productions. For example, to keep Westworld spoilers from reaching fans, he has actors read fake scenes.
“We don’t really talk about where [the role] goes and what they do because there’s so many intricacies in ‘Westworld,’ and stories, and secrets,” said Papsidera. “You got to be very careful to navigate those waters correctly so it doesn’t get ruined for anyone.”
But most importantly, it is the trust between the casting director and the production company to allow him to find the right talent for their productions. 
“That’s a unique thing, and to me, that’s the reward,” Papsidera said. “You know, to have those relationships and ultimately have people trust you.”
Papsidera also explains it is all about instinct. Casting director John Papsidera of Hulu’s Casual explained, “Once in a while, somebody will surprise you with a choice, but most of the time I think you know pretty quick when they come in the room. I’m a big believer that you get a sense of somebody’s essence most of the time–it’s a natural, instinctive thing that I really try and rely on.”
It is important to note Papsidera has won two Emmys and is a member of the Casting Society of America.

It is credited as the second highest-grossing start on record for a zombie movie behind the Dawn of the Dead remake. Rotten Tomatoes consensus reads: “Wickedly funny and featuring plenty of gore, Zombieland is proof that the zombie subgenre is far from dead.”

The first 'Independence Day' movie featured Will Smith, Bill Pullman, Jeff Goldblum, Mary McDonnell, Judd Hirsch, Margaret Colin, Randy Quaid, Robert Loggia, James Rebhorn, Vivica A. Fox, and Harry Connick, Jr.The film focused on a disparate group of people who converge in the Nevada desert in the aftermath of a destructive alien attack and, along with the rest of the human population, participate in a last-chance counterattack on July 4, the same date as the Independence Day holiday in the United States. It has been over a decade since Independence Day has hit theaters. The possibility of a sequel had long been discussed. In October 2011, discussions for Will Smith returning to the series due to Fox's refusal to provide Will Smith the $50 million he demanded for two sequels.
