<h2>What We Know About the &lsquo;Teen Wolf&rsquo; Revival Movie</h2>
It's time to put the pack back together! After four years, the cast of Teen Wolf will reunite for a feature film sequel.
Even though it took a few years to get back to the narrative, creator Jeff Davis has had ideas for revisiting the Teen Wolf universe since its 2017 conclusion.
"That was very specific. We didn't want a finale that said 'the end.' We wanted it to be an, 'and the adventure continues&hellip;' I like imagining that they're going off to continue the fight," Davis explained to&nbsp;Entertainment Weekly&nbsp;in September 2017 about choosing not to wrap up every detail. "I didn't want to see an end where they all have children, and they're happy and at home. That felt anticlimactic to me."
The sequel picks up after the season finale, in which Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) and his pals complete their goal to save Beacon Hills.
"A full moon rises in Beacon Hills, and with it, a terrifying evil has emerged. The wolves are howling once again, calling for the return of Banshees, Werecoyotes, Hellhounds, Kitsunes, and every other shapeshifter in the night," the press release for the film revealed. "But only a Werewolf like Scott McCall, no longer a teenager yet still an Alpha, can gather both new allies and reunite trusted friends to fight back against what could be the most powerful and deadliest enemy they've ever faced."
Posey, urging Teen Wolf to be resurrected in some form for years, revealed that he was "thrilled" to reprise his role a few years after the series conclusion.
"I think what I'm most excited for is to see them age. We were in high school for what seemed like ten years," the&nbsp;Scream: Resurrection&nbsp;alum jokingly told&nbsp;EW&nbsp;in October 2021. "I'm excited to see them age and get out of high school. High school was such a character in itself on the show, so I'm excited to see how it's going to be without that sort of character of a school involved. It will be interesting."
The musician explained that the MTV series could make such an impression because of the characters who joined the audience on each trip.
"What really carried the show were the relationships, mostly between my character and&nbsp;Dylan O'Brien's&nbsp;character, Stiles. That to me is what really carried the show and what made people fall in love with it," Posey added at the time. "And then we got to have a lot of fun on top of that with the supernatural element, the romantic element, the horror. I think as long as we have the element of a really great relationship, whether it's friends or romantic, then everything else kind of falls into place."
It will be airing on a new network
The film, written by Davis, is scheduled to premiere on Paramount+ in 2022.
<h2>Who Is Coming Back</h2>
In February 2022, Paramount+ announced that Crystal Reed (Allison Argent), Holland Roden (Lydia Martin), Shelley Hennig (Malia Tate), Orny Adams (Coach Bobby Finstock, Mayor Caryokersky), and JR Bourne would star in the series.
Colton Haynes (Jackson Whittemore), Ryan Kelley (Deputy Jordan Parrish), Melissa Ponzio (Melissa McCall), Seth Gilliam (Dr. Alan Deaton), and Dylan Sprayberry (Liam Dunbar) will also return for the next chapter of the hit series.
Not many actors have been cast, except Tyler Hoechlin as Derek Hale. Stiles Stilinski (O'Brien), Arden Cho (Kira Yukimura), and Tyler Hoechlin (Derek Hale) are not connected to the production.
In March 2022, Peter and Mason were recast with Ian Bohen as Peter and Khylin Rhambo as Mason. Vince Mattis, Nobi Nakanishi, and Amy Lin Workman were also cast in the series.

In December 2021, Paramount+ will offer all 100 episodes of the initial MTV series.

During an interview with TVLine in March 2022, Bohen stated that he remains optimistic about Derek and Peter's return.
"We would love to do that together, and I can absolutely see a world where we are reunited," he said at the time. "I know they're shooting here pretty soon, so you will have a definite yea or nay forthcoming for certain. But I feel positive about it. I wouldn't want to see a movie where Derek and Peter weren't in it."
Dylan O'Brien Is Out for the Season
"The show couldn't be more dear to me. It was the first thing I ever did I, and so many people there are extremely dear to me," the actor told&nbsp;Variety&nbsp;in March 2022. "It was something I was trying to make work, but it all happened very fast. We didn't really know that it was happening, and they kind of just threw it at us a little bit, which is fine because we all love the show. We were trying to figure it out."
According to O'Brien, he ultimately decided against returning to his Teen Wolf role because of the conclusion of the series. "I just decided it was left in a really good place for me, and I still want to leave it there," he continued. "I'm going to watch it the first night it comes out. I hope it f--king kicks ass, but I'm not going to be in it."
<h2>Back on Set!</h2>
The cast has officially begun filming, according to Paramount. In March 2022, the company revealed that filming had begun and shared photos from the start of production. "Howling at this photo dump of Day 1 on the #TeenWolfMovie set," the streaming platform wrote via Instagram. The pics included Posey wearing a leather jacket standing next to a video prompter.&nbsp;

Must be comfortable quickly and safely maneuvering set pieces off and on stage, and occasionally moving limp, deadweight actors on and off stage.

<h2>Eddie Murphy will be returning to Detroit for the new Beverly Hills Cop movie.</h2>
According to Paramount the new Beverly Hills Cop movie centers on Axel Foley (Eddie Murphy) as he returns back to the mean streets of Detroit during the coldest winter in years. Navigating through the new rules and old enemies in America's toughest city.

The new movie will be directed by Brett Ratner. He is known for directing the <a title="Rush Hour (film series)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rush_Hour_(film_series)">Rush Hour film series</a>, <a title="The Family Man" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Family_Man">The Family Man</a>, <a title="Red Dragon (film)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Dragon_(film)">Red Dragon</a>, <a title="X-Men: The Last Stand" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-Men:_The_Last_Stand">X-Men: The Last Stand</a>, and <a title="Tower Heist" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tower_Heist">Tower Heist</a>.

The Beverly Hills Cop movie will be produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and will be released in March 2016.

Filming will take place around Detroit, Michigan for several scenes in the movie.

“We are excited to welcome Axel Foley and the Beverly Hills Cop franchise back to Michigan,” said Margaret O’Riley, director of the Michigan Film Office. “This project will highlight locations throughout metro Detroit that speak to the city’s heritage while making significant investments in the community by hiring Michigan workers and local businesses.”

According to the <a href="http://www.michiganfilmoffice.org/The-Film-Office/Press-Releases/Detail.aspx?id=13977" target="_blank">press release</a>, The Beverly Hills Cop production was approved for an estimated rebate of $13.5 million based on up to $56,644,792 of projected in-state expenditures. The project is expected to employ approximately 352 Michigan workers during the film’s shoot, with a full time equivalent of 318 jobs.

I can't wait. Loved Beverly Hills Cop series.

Has Disney movies softened the once quick witted, frank, foul mouth Eddie Murphy we all grew to love? I guess this sequel will tell. Raw , coming to america, golden child and Beverly hills cop all showed he can play a funny bad ass decades ago. Let's hope he still has it.

<h2>Eddie Murphy will be returning to his roots as Axel Foley in a sequel to&nbsp;Beverly Hills Cop.</h2>
Paramount has recently announced that Beverly Hills Cop&nbsp;will hit theaters on March 25, 2016. This will be the fourth movie of the Beverly Hills Cop&nbsp;franchise.

The script is written by Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec, the writers of&nbsp;Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles&nbsp;and&nbsp;Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol. 

Eddie Murphy will reprise his role as the comedic detective.

In 2013, CBS ordered a&nbsp;Beverly Hills Cop television series&nbsp;which centered on the adventures of Axel Foley's cop son and his father played by Eddie Murphy. However, the network would later pass on the project at the last minute.

Eddie Murphy to Return in 'Beverly Hills Cop' Sequel

<h2>Netflix is bringing back the 'Beverly Hills Cop' franchise.</h2>
Paramount Pictures has signed a licensing deal with Netflix to produce the next movie in the ‘Beverly Hills Cop’ franchise, and it is expected the film will star Eddie Murphy and the movie’s original producer Jerry Bruckheimer. Netflix plans to work with the duo to acquire scripts and directors before getting financing and releasing the film on the streaming platform. 
The deal also comes with the option to create a sequel and the third deal between Paramount and Netflix. The agreements also illustrate the relationship with Eddie Murphy and Netflix, who, after appearing on Jerry Seinfeld’s Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee premiered in his own Netflix movie ‘Dolemite Is My Name,’ playing actor Rudy Ray Moore. Paramount is working with Eddie Murphy to develop. Sequel to <a href="https://www.projectcasting.com/casting-calls-acting-auditions/eddie-murphys-coming-to-america-sequel-final-casting-calls/">‘Coming to America’, which is now filming and casting in Atlanta, Georgia.</a>

'Beverly Hills Cop' Movie With Eddie Murphy is Coming Soon to Netflix

<h2 class="p1">‘Beverly Hills Cops 4’ is coming soon, according to Eddie Murphy. </h2>
The actor, who is currently filming <a href="https://www.projectcasting.com/news/coming-2-america-atlanta/">‘Coming 2 America: The Quest’ in Atlanta</a>, was on tour promoting his new Netflix series ‘Dolemite Is My Name’ and during the promotional campaign he did mention some of his other upcoming projects. In one interview with Collider, Murphy revealed his plans for the next several years.
Murphy is headed to Netflix at the end of the month in the new movie ‘Dolemite is My Name.’ The comedian has not worked on several significant projects for quite some time now. But he has a lot of productions coming soon. On Tuesday, the comedian confirmed a sequel to ‘Beverly Hills Cop.’ 
"Yeah, that's what we're doing after Coming to America," he said casually. "We're doing Beverly Hills Cop."
‘Beverly Hills Cop’ was one of Murphy’s first hit movies, premiering in 1984. The film centers around a street-smart cop named Axel Foley from Detroit, who goes to Beverly Hills, California to investigate crimes. Throughout 3 movies and an unreleased TV pilot, he shows his non-nonsense street justice. The last movie came out in 1994. CBS ordered a pilot starring Brandon T. Jackson as Axel Foley’s son, Aaron. The episode was filmed in 2013 but was not picked up. After that, Paramount said another movie was coming soon, but this is the first concrete word of it coming soon.
Murphy revealed his plan in the interview saying, "Then, the plan is to get back on stage and do stand-up, and then that's what I'll be doing mostly, is stand-up, and Beverly Hills Cop will be kind of like... These movies, and Saturday Night Live, I'm looking at it as, a book-end," he said.
"And if I decide that I just want to stay on the couch forever, I've ended it on a funny note," he went on. "And I'll do stand-up if I'm feeling creative... And if some incredible filmmaker comes along with some great movie or with some great opportunity... But I'm not going to be making movies, like, two or three a year, like I did back in the early days. Because I like to just be at home with the kids."
There is no information on casting calls, auditions, or release dates for ‘Beverly Hills Cop 4’ yet. Meanwhile, Murphy’s ‘Dolemite Is My Name’ hits Netflix on Friday, October 25th.

Eddie Murphy: 'Beverly Hills Cop 4' is Coming Soon (VIDEO)

<h2>'Beverly Hills Cop 4' is Now Hiring Crew in Detroit, Michigan.</h2>
According to Paramount the new Beverly Hills Cop movie centers on Axel Foley (Eddie Murphy) as he returns back to the mean streets of Detroit during the coldest winter in years. Navigating through the new rules and old enemies in America’s toughest city.

The new movie will be directed by Brett Ratner. He is known for directing the Rush Hour film series, The Family Man, Red Dragon, X-Men: The Last Stand, and Tower Heist.

The Beverly Hills Cop movie will be produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and will be released in March 2016.

Filming will take place around Detroit, Michigan for several scenes in the movie.

“We are excited to welcome Axel Foley and the Beverly Hills Cop franchise back to Michigan,” said Margaret O’Riley, director of the Michigan Film Office. “This project will highlight locations throughout metro Detroit that speak to the city’s heritage while making significant investments in the community by hiring Michigan workers and local businesses.”

According to the <a href="http://www.michiganfilmoffice.org/The-Film-Office/Press-Releases/Detail.aspx?id=13977" target="_blank">press release</a>, The Beverly Hills Cop production was approved for an estimated rebate of $13.5 million based on up to $56,644,792 of projected in-state expenditures. The project is expected to employ approximately 352 Michigan workers during the film’s shoot, with a full time equivalent of 318 jobs.

Eddy Murphy's Beverly Hills Cop 4' is stuck in development hell. According to The Wrap, Paramount has taken the 'Beverly Hills Cop' sequel off its release schedule, which means the movie is&nbsp;still&nbsp;in production.

<blockquote>Eddie Murphy&#145;s comeback vehicle will have to wait a little while longer, as Paramount has takenBrett Ratner&#145;s &#147;Beverly Hills Cop 4&#148; off its release schedule, a studio insider with knowledge of the situation has told TheWrap.

It was just more than one year ago that Paramount announced it would release &#147;Beverly Hills Cop 4&#148; on March 25, 2016. While the film remains in development, it has not moved forward as quickly as Paramount originally envisioned, though recent movement in the studio&#146;s executive suites has complicated matters.</blockquote>
The delay may actually be a good thing. 'Beverly Hills Cop 4' was expected to premiere the same weekend as 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'.

Earlier this year, Eddie Murphy told <a href="http://www.rollingstone.com/music/features/eddie-murphy-talks-new-reggae-track-returning-to-the-stage-20150108">Rolling Stone</a> that script concerns were the primary reason behind the continued delay.

&#147;They[&#145;re] still trying to get that script right. I&#146;m not doing&nbsp;a &#145;Beverly Hills Cop&#146; unless they have a really incredible script. I&#146;ve read a couple things that look like they can make some paper, but I&#146;m not doing a shitty movie just to make some paper. The shit got to be right,&#148; said Murphy.

Eddie Murphy's 'Beverly Hills Cop 4' is Stuck in Development

<h2>Eddie Murphy calls his last Beverly Hills Cop movie total "garbage".</h2>
Eddie Murphy doesn't really like his most recent Beverly Hills Cop feature film. In a recent interview with <a href="http://www.playboy.com/articles/the-playboy-conversation-eddie-murphy" target="_blank">Playboy</a>, the comedic actor said that the 1994 action comedy Beverly Hills Cop 3 was garbage and he's probably right, the movie ended up making only $42 million domestically becoming a box-office bomb.
<blockquote>I don&#146;t think it&#146;s gonna happen in March, but it is gonna be in Detroit. And before it happens, they&#146;ve got to get that script right. That movie has to be right. The third Beverly Hills Cop was garbage. Those movies, when I travel overseas, people say [in a foreign accent] &#147;Hey, Beverly Hills Cop! Axel Foley!&#148; They call me that shit. All the movies I&#146;ve done, and they call me that. If we do that movie, it has to be right. Not just thrown together to get a big check. I don&#146;t need anymore of those.</blockquote>
The actor even pointed out that he worked on a Beverly HIlls Cop TV pilot and test audiences hated watching him on TV.
<blockquote>I was gonna be in the pilot, and they thought I should be recurring. I&#146;m not gonna do Beverly Hills Cop on TV. I remember when they tested it &#151; they had this little knob that you turn if you like it or you don&#146;t like it. So when Axel shows up in the pilot, some people turned the knob so much, they broke it. So the network decided &#147;if he isn&#146;t recurring, then this isn&#146;t gonna happen.&#148; So it didn&#146;t happen.</blockquote>
Eddie Murphy's most recent production is going to be a lot less funny. Murphy worked with the guy who directed&nbsp;Driving Miss Daisy,&nbsp;the movie that launched Morgan Freeman's career, called the cook.
<blockquote>It&#146;s really serious and sad. I play a cook who is also a musician. It&#146;s about a guy who is hired to cook for this single mom who has a terminal disease. She&#146;s supposed to be dying in six months, so he takes care of her and her daughter for six months, and what happens is she fights, and lives for six years. My character gets pulled into this family, this tragedy. It&#146;s a true story and a really, really cool tearjerker.</blockquote>
