Global entertainment production leader, Worldwide Stages, has kickstarted its Regulation A stock offering to raise $75 million.

The funds will be channeled into developing cutting-edge soundstages and top-tier facilities designed to cater to the escalating demand for music, television, film, and virtual production within the vibrant Nashville, Tennessee, vicinity.

Regulation A (Reg A) is a pivotal exemption from SEC registration, specially crafted for public securities offerings.

Following the recent qualification by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), this offering now opens the door for individuals across the board to invest in the enterprise.

The sprawling 320,000-square-foot facility, nestled south of Nashville, serves as an epicenter for production companies to engage in rehearsals, recording, and filming.
