Rob Kardashian Reveals How He Gained So Much Weight

Rob Kardashian's weight gain may have all started from a unhealthy addiction to milkshakes. The 28 year old reclusive reality Instagrammed a #ThrowbackThursday photo poking fun at his poor eating habits that have since spiraled out of control.

“Started right here with these milkshakes hahaha,” he captioned a photo of himself at a table with three shakes.

This is not the only food-related post he shared recently.

In another #TBT snapshot from four weeks ago, Rob is seen chomping down on a sandwich at the beach.

“#tbt Me just chill-zoning in eating a pulled pork sandwich,” he captioned the photo, which shows him  in shape.

Since then, he has gained a large amount of weight and is rarely ever seen in public. Rob's trouble with weight gain started during the 10th season of Keeping Up with the Older sister Kim Kardashain wanted to cut him off financially if he didn't lose the weight.

Sources tell E! Newsthat he's hired a personal chef and is recommitted to dropping weight.

“For time in a long time Rob is committed to changing his diet habits,” said the source.

Rob also enlisted the help of trainer Gunnar Peterson, who also changed 's physique. “His regimen involves more than just cardio and weights,” said the insider.
