“Yes, Chef!” FX Series, The Bear, is now filming Season 2 in Chicago – and its accolades just keep getting higher!

As we eagerly anticipate news about the upcoming Me, We pilot, let’s take a moment to reflect on FX’s other series that is currently being filmed in Chicago. The Bear has already been shooting for several weeks now, and production will continue in full swing!

Production on The Bear is estimated to finish near April 28th, and the season order has been extended from eight episodes to a full ten!

This past weekend, The Bear added yet another accolade to its list of recognitions for the monumental year that it has experienced thus far. Last Saturday, March 4th, was a big night for “The Bear,” as it won the Independent Spirit Award in the Best New Scripted Series category. Ayo Edibiri earned himself an individual trophy with his win in Best Supporting Actor.

Edibiri was ecstatic to receive this honor, and here’s a glimpse at their joyous reaction.

At the start of this year’s award season, Jeremy Allen White triumphantly claimed a Golden Globe for Outstanding Lead Actor in a TV Musical or Comedy. This achievement opened the door to an array of other wins and nominations for both him and his fellow cast and crew members – culminating with their success at the Critics Choice Awards.

Haven’t you experienced The Bear yet? Now is your chance! All eight episodes of Season One are now available on Hulu.
